Hong Kong Electric Industry Automatic Engineering Co., Ltd. is a member enterprise of Hong Kong Kin Shing Group. Founded in Hong Kong as early as the 1970s, its administrative headquarters is located in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. In 1990, the company invested in building a factory in Shatin Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and was officially renamed Dongguan Shatin Up Star Machinery Factory. In 2025, following an upgrade to its strategic layout, the company relocated to No. 666 Tianning Avenue, Tianning Town, Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, and adopted the new name Up Star Machinery (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.
